The karts are supplied from the factory with a C3.2 medium axle which is a little softer than the C2 axle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the Covert 4r Chassis we race on the C1.5 axle for LO-206\/Clone\/World Formula which actually frees the kart up by allowing the chassis to flex easier, basically those low hp engines don't have enough power to rotate the chassis as easy so the softer the axle the more free it is, with KA-100 or ROK 100 we are using a harder axle such as the C2 short so just the opposite way to free up.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the Covert TaG and Shifter the harder you go the more free the kart will be so a C2 will be more free than the stock C3.2 and a C1.5 would have more grip.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLO-206 racers many times confuse too much grip with feeling loose and that situation is called snap oversteer basically there's too much grip so the driver turns more and at the point the back releases it snaps out and will make the driver think the rear end is already too loose because it's actually not lifting a wheel.
